Obviously, hiking is one of my favorite activities. I've always tried to challenge myself with hikes that were higher and farther than the ones before. This June, I plan to hike Long's Peak in Colorado which has an elevation of 14,259 feet above sea level. It is going to be quite a challenge for me, but is not even close to the challenges that people battling blood cancers face every day.

I am very excited about my opportunity to get involved with Hike For Discovery. I can participate in something I really enjoy while benefiting the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. I am raising money for this very important cause and I'm asking you to help by making a contribution!
