Great suggestions guys. I agree, the newest forum posts would be nice to have on the home page.

I'm working on adding a more robust user management piece to the system that will allow you to create a better user profile and also plan on adding the photo gallery back in. I'll need to schedule some downtime for this and I'm not quite sure when that will be quite yet but will announce it before it happens.
